Sleep disorders we treat
Sleep problems show up in a lot of different ways. Here are the conditions we see and evaluate most often — if you don't see yours listed, reach out and we'll let you know how we can help.
Sleep Apnea
Loud snoring, gasping for air, or pausing breathing during sleep can point to obstructive sleep apnea. We evaluate your symptoms, coordinate a sleep study, and build a treatment plan — often starting with CPAP therapy.
Insomnia
Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early, on a regular basis. We look for underlying causes and build a plan that may combine behavioral strategies with medical management.
Restless Leg Syndrome
An uncomfortable urge to move your legs, especially in the evening or at night, that disrupts sleep. We assess for common contributing factors and discuss options to bring relief.
Hypersomnia
Excessive daytime sleepiness, or trouble staying awake and alert during the day despite getting enough sleep at night. We evaluate your symptoms and history and coordinate any additional testing needed to confirm a diagnosis and plan.
Pediatric Sleep
Children can experience sleep disorders too, from snoring to trouble settling at night. We assess age-appropriate concerns and, when needed, coordinate care with the right specialists.

Availability and eligibility for programs and medications are determined by your provider at an initial consultation.

Aesthetics
Alongside sleep and wellness care, we offer select aesthetic treatments to help you look as rested as you feel.
What is Botox?
Botox is the brand name for botulinum toxin type A, a purified protein that's injected in small, precise amounts into targeted muscles. It works by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that tell those muscles to contract. With the muscle relaxed, the skin above it smooths out, which is why Botox is best known for softening expression lines — like the ones between the eyebrows, across the forehead, and around the eyes — that form from repeated facial movement over time.
Botox has been used safely in medicine for decades, both for cosmetic purposes and for a number of medical conditions. Results are temporary, generally appearing within a few days and lasting several months, which is why most patients return periodically to maintain their results.
Botox Injections
A quick, in-office treatment tailored to your facial anatomy and goals. Dr. Ding reviews your health history and the areas you'd like to address, then administers injections using a fine needle — most appointments take about 15–30 minutes, with no downtime needed afterward. Full results typically develop over 3–14 days and last approximately 3–4 months, depending on the individual.
What to expect
A brief consultation, targeted injections in the treatment area, and simple aftercare guidance (like avoiding lying down or rubbing the area for a few hours). Most patients resume normal activities immediately.
Good candidates
Adults bothered by expression lines who are in good general health. Botox isn't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for certain neuromuscular conditions — your history will be reviewed at your visit.

Ready for your first visit?
Do I need a referral to be seen?+
In most cases, no referral is needed — you can book directly. If your insurance requires one, we're happy to help you coordinate it.
How soon can I get an appointment?+
Our online booking shows real openings up to two weeks out, and new patients are typically seen within that window.
Do you offer telehealth visits?+
Yes — many visit types, including follow-ups and initial consultations, can be done by telehealth as well as in person.
What insurance do you accept?+
We bill most major insurance plans, and self-pay is also available. Visit our Insurance & Billing page or call us to verify your specific coverage.
What happens during a sleep study?+
Most patients complete a home sleep study using a small take-home device that monitors breathing, oxygen levels, and other signals overnight. We review the results together at a follow-up visit.
Can you help with weight management alongside sleep care?+
Yes — weight and sleep are closely connected, so we offer medically supervised weight loss management as part of your overall care plan.
